All of our chocolates are best consumed fresh but can be saved if you have excellent self control and if stored properly ;)
Bonbons - consume within 4-5 weeks of purchase.
Solid Chocolate Bars - consume within 3-4 months of purchase.
Filled Bars- consume within 4 weeks of purchase.

All of our products are made using fresh ingredients without the use of commercial preservatives.For best results, keep your chocolates and confections in a cool, dry room (preferably a temperature of 16-18° C). Keep out of direct sunlight.Do not store your chocolates in the fridge or they will build condensation and lose their beautiful shine.A wine fridge however, is a good option as they generally have very low humidity.
